Adversity to Empowerment

A coach, speaker, and non-profit founder, Liz McGough, is a subject matter expert and sought after presenter on topics such as turning adversity into empowerment, connection, and Children of Alcoholics/Addicts, Equine-Assisted Therapy,


Authentic Connection

Although she works and speaks in all types of arenas, Liz attributes her life-long interest in studying connection to horses.  Being pray animals, they are masters at reading body language of others - and being in touch with their own.  Quite simply, authentic connection happens when our "insides match our outsides."
